My natural curiosity and capacity to listen deeply lends itself well to uncovering both strengths and blind spots in my clients. I believe we all have the capacity to show up in a more powerful way. In a coaching partnership we will remove roadblocks and uncover your goals and commitments in all areas of your life.
Prior to coaching, I was the associate producer and editorial assistant at BookGirl TV, a web platform for writers and readers. There, I was responsible for creating and editing content and producing videos.
I also taught elementary school for eight years at an award-winning public school in New York City. My passion for learning never ceases; I continue looking for “aha!” moments in myself and others.
I received an M.A. from Columbia University, Teachers College, and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. I am trained as a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and received my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

In addition to personal coaching, I work with The Fast Forward Group, where I conduct 360 reviews and coach executives to create Bold Visions, communicate with power and clarity, manage conflict, and improve performance.
